Service areas

Service Manager. Responsible for the service direction. Represents the strategic interests of the service with our partners.
- Team Manager. Daily management of staff, service delivery, quality assurance and sign off responsibility.
- Deputy Team Manager. Daily management of staff, service delivery, quality assurance and sign off responsibility.
- Reparation and Activities Team. Deliver reparation and positive activities. This includes our Duke of Edinburgh Programme
- Family Workers (prevention)
- Casual sessional workers
- Community Panel Members. Further details within the ‘Volunteers’ section
- Supervising Officers. Workers who deal with all aspects of a young person’s case.
- Victim Liaison Officers. Meet and support those affected by youth crime. Also deliver packages of interventions and engagement with young victims of crime
- Intervention Worker. Delivery of work. Case work referrals for targeted early intervention and prevention work
- Information Officer. Prepares data reports and feedback to the team and for the YJB/Local Management Board
- Business Support. Assist the team in administration tasks and other duties
- Secondments into the service from partners
- Police Officer. A seconded worker who is a direct link to the Police and works mainly with out of court cases
- Health and Wellbeing Worker. A seconded worker who supports young people in an array of ways with a focus on health needs
- Probation Officer. Sem as the supervising officer plus dealing with 18 year olds moving to adult services. This can provide continuity and familiarity when required
- Psychology input - F-CAMHS (Fridays)
