Who do you keep information about?
We keep information about individuals who could be affected by a traffic scheme.
Why do you keep information about me?
The information we keep allows to make informed decisions when implementing new traffic schemes, taking into account individuals views after the consultation period. We carry out improvements in accordance with our powers as Traffic and Highway Authority under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulations 1984 and Highways Act 1980.
Who can see my information?
Access is restricted to individuals with in the Traffic Section.
How do you store the information you keep about me?
The information is stored within a secure file on our secure network. We will scan any paper information that you send us.
How long do you keep information about me?
We will keep you information for 7 years from the last action. This information is destroyed securely when we no longer need it.
What sort of information do you keep?
We may use the following information about you to make sure that we provide you with the right service, advice or support.
