Who do you keep information about?

We keep information about children who are taking part in Junior Road Safety Officer scheme (JRSO), Pedestrian Training & Cycle Training.

Why do you keep information about me?

The information we keep allows us to keep a record of all children who have participated in the above schemes.

Who can see my information?

Only named individuals in the Road Safety team can see your information.

How do you store the information you keep about me?

The information is stored within a secure database or within a secure file on our computer network. We will scan any paper information that you send us.

How long do you keep information about me?

We will keep your information for up to 3 years. This information is destroyed securely when we no longer need it.

What sort of information do you keep?

We may use the following information about you to make sure that we provide you with the right service, advice or support.
