Register of definitive map modification orders (DMMO)

As a surveying authority we are required to maintain a register of DMMO applications.

Legislation

Section 53B of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 [external link].

Copies

Paper copies of the register are available at customer services.

You can request a copy of the register.

There may be a charge for this service.

Entries in the register shall be made by:

28 days from the date the application is received by the authority
relevant date of 31 December 2005

The register shall be updated as soon as is reasonably practicable.
