We encourage businesses and organisations (in and around the town) to support our aim to enhance and enrich the lives of residents. This can be through partnership in local events, culture, and in the presentation of the local surroundings.

Events sponsorship

We host different events in and around the town throughout the year. These include the Rhythm and Blues Festival, the Mayor's Ball, the Darlington 10km, and many more. Many of these events benefit by partnership with sponsors.

We work with potential sponsors to find the right event for you. We will do our best to carry out a professional service. All benefits will be discussed to suit your needs and we will use local press and radio to promote events.

Darlington Hippodrome

Darlington Hippodrome has had £13.7 million restoration. The theatre stages over 300 performance per year to an audience of more than 170,000 people. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 1000
