Why quit?
Evidence tells us that tobacco smoke is full of thousands of toxic chemicals which harm every part of our body. The risks are the same whether you smoke cigarettes or roll ups.
Up to 2 in every 3 people who smoke will die early from smoking. The more you smoke and longer you wait to quit, the worse the risks.
