The Dolphin Centre is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. We recognise the diverse needs of our community and strive to provide toilet and changing facility options that ensure privacy, safety, and dignity for all individuals.

Our facilities include:

• Inclusive Toilets - These are available for anyone to use, regardless of gender identity or expression. Some facilities include baby change units. Designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
• Accessible Toilets - Designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices exclusively.
• Sex-specific toilet and changing facilities – Available for individuals specific to their sex at birth who have not changed their gender identity or expression.
• Inclusive Changing Village - Available for anyone to use, regardless of gender identity or expression which include private showers and changing cubicles. This facility is also suitable for parents or guardians needing to assist children, as well as for individuals who may require assistance from a caregiver. Private cubicles are available with baby change units.
• Parent Baby Room – Available for parents to feed their babies in comfort and privacy in a calming environment. A comfort chair is provided along with baby change units and a private toilet.
• Radar Toilet – Located externally on the building on Feethams for individuals issued with an approved Radar key. This facility is accessible during opening times of the Dolphin Centre only. Monday to Friday 6.:30am – 9pm, Saturday 8am – 9pm, Sunday 8am – 7pm.
