Community Art Project news July 2024
The latest Community Art Project exhibition took place at the Gallery at Crown Street Library in the centre of Darlington from July 22nd to August 6th. It is the first time we have exhibited there since the library’s refurbishment and have another exhibition scheduled there next year. The current exhibition features a range of work in various media by all those attending the art project
Following last month's trip to NGCA and the National Glass Centre in Sunderland, Thursday’s group visited Baltic Contemporary Art Centre in Gateshead to see the Open Submission exhibition as well as displays by Franki Raffles, Hannah Perry and Jimmy Turrell (and Kittiwake chicks seen from the Level 5 viewing platform!)
