Wellbeing sessions and events
We regularly hold wellbeing sessions which are open for all of employees to attend.
Some of the recent sessions we have hosted include:

- Stress busting
- Menopause support
- Carers sessions
- Inner Calm
we also host various wellbeing events across the year such as; Worry Less Reduce Stress, Menopause Awareness, Office Fitness, Step Challenges and Heath Checks, engaging with employees who are looking to improve their physical health.
