The Park Place site is located in the centre of Darlington, a stone’s throw from the town centre with fantastic transport links by bus and train and via all local roads including the A1(M) and A66.

Park Place is within walking distance of South Park, a 19^th century public park of 26 hectares which offers fantastic wildlife and a range of activities and walks.

South Park in Darlington is claimed to be the oldest public park in the North East, being laid out in 1851. The site was originally known at Bellasses Park, the People’s Park, Darlington Park or just the Park.
