Your rent

Your tenancy agreement states that you must pay your rent.

If you do not keep up to date with your rent you are in breach of your tenancy agreement, and we could take legal action against you.

If you are having difficulties paying your rent or understanding welfare benefits you should contact us sooner rather than later so we can help you to avoid getting into debt and putting your home at risk.
